Job Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily business operations in the construction, carpentry and interior renovation industry.
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company sales and growth objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients, contractors and business partners.
Manage customer enquiries, project discussions, quotations and contract negotiations.
Coordinate with project managers, carpentry supervisors and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project budgets, operational expenses and overall business profitability.
Prepare and review quotations, contracts, proposals and business reports.
Oversee procurement activities and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.
Monitor project progress, customer satisfaction and payment collections.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Manage business development activities, including marketing and sales planning.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and workplace safety requirements.
Resolve operational issues and customer concerns professionally.
Prepare regular business performance reports and provide recommendations to management.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business management, operations, construction, carpentry or interior renovation.
Good understanding of construction and renovation project operations.
Experience in business development, customer relationship management and contract negotiations.
Ability to prepare and review quotations, budgets and project costing.
Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Able to work independently and collaborate with internal teams and external contractors.
