What you'll do

Reporting functionally to the Business Development Management, working to serve the team's objectives:

Driving the team's organic growth, supporting the Team Director in developing the client portfolio.

Identifying cross-selling and service expansion opportunities based on client knowledge.

Managing and keeping the team's commercial pipeline up to date in the CRM.

Activating commercial campaigns defined by the Commercial Management and adapting them to the team's portfolio.

Coordinating the participation of specialists in tax, labor, legal, or other services in commercial opportunities.

Preparing proposals, sales arguments, and commercial materials together with the corresponding areas.

Following up on open proposals, next steps, and conversion rates.

Supporting the Team Director in conversations regarding increasing reach, standardizing services, or reviewing quotas.

Channeling leads and opportunities to the appropriate service areas.

Ensuring that the team's commercial activity follows the methodology, criteria, and priorities defined by the Commercial Management.

What we're looking for

• High proficiency in previous functions.
• Law Degree
