the achievement of the business deliverables of his/her branch
assignment through the strategic implementation of sales initiatives
and activities. Engages and motivates branch personnel to meet and
exceed branch goals. He/She provides innovative and value-driven financial
solutions to meet the banking needs of our target market. Oversees
the branch’s overall performance, including sales, service
delivery, profitability, and administrative, operational, and control
functions.</span></p>
