Are you an experienced Electrician ready to step into business ownership but don't want the risk and cost of starting from scratch? ICE Electrical is looking for an ambitious Registered Electrician to lead and grow our Manawatu electrical business.

The Opportunity

ICE Electrical Manawatu operates predominantly across the commercial and industrial electrical market, with significant opportunities identified for growth over the next three years.

The person we partner with will have the support and autonomy to:

• Lead and grow the Manawatu operation

• Build on existing customer relationships and secure new business

• Identify new market and service opportunities

• Build recurring revenue

• Build and lead your own team

• Manage suppliers, expenditure and operational delivery

• Strengthen the reputation and market presence of ICE Electrical

What You'll Bring to the Opportunity

We are looking for someone with the credibility, existing relationships and commercial drive to make this opportunity work.

You will ideally bring:

• NZ Electrician registration and a current practising licence

• Strong commercial and/or industrial electrical experience

• Established relationships across the Manawatu electrical market

• A respected reputation with customers, suppliers and industry contacts

• Experience estimating and quoting electrical work

• The ambition to build and lead a successful business
