Destination/ Roadmap Transdev’s South Business Area is looking for a Business Manager in Gothenburg, overseeing a team of over 1000 employees. As Business Manager, you will lead operations in accordance with our contract with Västtrafik, internal goals, and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and our core values. Key Responsibilities The Business Manager is responsible for: Ensure service delivery according to contract with Västtrafik Manage business operations according to goals, budget, and business plans Lead and develop the local management team Build and maintain strong customer relationships and represent the business externally Strategic and Operational Responsibility You will combine hands-on leadership in daily operations with strategic efforts to improve the customer experience and increase ridership.
