How You Will Make An Impact

• Drive workforce and headcount planning, including forecasting, organizational reporting, and resource allocation.
• Support financial planning through budget forecasting, expense tracking, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Produce workforce, financial, and operational analytics that enable informed leadership decisions.
• Develop dashboards and reporting using Excel, Power BI, and related analytical tools.
• Manage contract and vendor governance activities, including lifecycle oversight, spending visibility, and resource planning.
• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to improve operational processes and organizational effectiveness.
• Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights for senior management.
• Support risk, compliance, and governance activities associated with workforce, vendors, expenses, and business operations.

Do You Bring Proven Success in Business Management, Workforce Planning & Financial Governance?

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in business management, business operations, financial planning, workforce planning, or a related analytical function.
• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and financial analysis.
• Proven experience with headcount planning, workforce analytics, and organizational reporting.
• Experience managing or supporting contracts, vendors, and resource allocation.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities using Microsoft Excel and Power BI or comparable dashboarding tools.
• Ability to interpret complex operational and financial information and communicate findings effectively to senior stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience supporting process improvement, business governance, risk, or compliance initiatives.
• Financial services or similarly complex, regulated-industry experience is beneficial.
