Business Office Manager
Hilltop Reserve, one of Denver’s premier senior living communities, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Business Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the financial and administrative operations of the community, including resident billing, accounts payable, payroll, and supply management. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and skilled at balancing accuracy with excellent customer service. This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and professional operation of our community.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensures monthly resident billing is mailed out in a timely manner.

Reviews and submits invoices to accounts payable software for administration.

Ensures community’s billing checks and balances are followed by all team members as required by community policy including but not limited to the balancing of the daily occupancy.

Works closely with marketing to ensure all move in paperwork is received and filed according to company policy

Develops and maintains positive relationships with residents, associates, and family members.

Promotes and encourages an environment of trust within the Business Office as well as with department heads and all community employees.

Processes bi-weekly payroll for the community

Contacts suppliers and/or vendors concerning errors or questions on invoices, as directed by the Business Office Area Manager.

Monitors and collects accounts receivables, including resident rent checks. Reports delinquent accounts to management.

Performs payroll data entry, including maintenance of employee records, timecards, miscellaneous deductions, etc.
Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience required

Previous experience in bookkeeping or entry level accounting required

Previous leadership experience preferred

Due to the nature of the work performed by Ascent Living Communities, and that this position works with a vulnerable population, we do require a criminal background check be completed
Pay:
$57,784 a year, based on experience
