Summary

A project and release manager who can plan, track, and coordinate weekly production releases for in-house developed software as well as 3rd party software. Manages internal communication across different teams within the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain documentation for projects.
• Identify, log issues and risks for projects.
• Set up meetings to facilitate efforts for a successful release.
• Plan client communications through client service.
• Plan internal communication through various teams.
• Follow change request process in ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Have used JIRA, Confluence or similar systems.
• Have used ServiceNow or similar system.
• Familiar with software development, testing and deployment cycle.
• Familiar with infrastructure such as Network, Storage, Compute for both on-premises and cloud.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Experience managing large scale projects such as data center migration a plus.
• Experience managing SaaS deployments a plus.
