Business Operations and Integration Division Chief

About the Position: Serves as Chief, Business Operations and Integration Division at installation level, providing the full range of real property and facilities maintenance and related support services for the directorate, within the technical guidance and program scope established at the regional and command level.

Prepares the Director's Annual Work Plans to include the financed and unconstrained programs for Real Property Maintenance Activity (RPMA) projects and Base Operations Support (BASOPS) large maintenance requirements.

Develops and provides authoritative recommendations for real property maintenance plans, priorities, and schedules.

Evaluates effectiveness of internal and external engineering operations through review and analysis of production reports and inspections.

Performs studies and recommends improvements in division organization, processes and technologies to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the division services.

Performs delegated contract administration duties including analysis of contractor performance and recommendation for payment of contractor services.

Supervises the activities of supervisory, administrative, specialist, program and management analysts, and other technical support personnel engaged in the division operations.
