Business Operations Associate (Insurance) - 6 Months Contract - up to SGD5k
About the Role
We are seeking a Business Operations Associate to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system and product enhancements while handling core daily insurance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end UAT, validate test plans, log defects with SMEs, and draft training documentation.
- Process CDD clearances, freelook requests, counter-offer letters, fund calls, and refunds.
- Partner across internal teams (IT, Risk, Finance) and external parties (Brokers, CPF Board, Policyholders).
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree holder in a related field.
- Prior 2+ years experience in life insurance operations and system/UAT testing.
- Proficient in MS Excel with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and ability to work independently within teams.
