Business Operations Director

Key Responsibilities
Business & Operational Leadership

• Lead and oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and organizational alignment
• Develop and implement operational strategies to support company growth objectives and global expansion
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between sales, engineering, product management, manufacturing, and supply chain teams
• Monitor operational performance, KPIs, and business metrics to improve productivity and operational effectiveness
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable operational solutions

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Partner with executive management to develop annual business plans, operational targets, and long-term growth strategies
• Support market expansion initiatives, new customer development, and strategic partnerships
• Analyze market trends, customer demands, and competitive landscape within the power supply and electronics industry
• Lead business transformation initiatives and operational optimization projects
• Ensure alignment between regional operations and global corporate objectives

Commercial & Customer Operations

• Support key customer engagement, account operations, and commercial execution
• Collaborate with the sales team on forecasting, pricing strategies, demand planning, and customer satisfaction initiatives
• Oversee order fulfillment, delivery coordination, and customer operational support
• Work closely with international customers, OEM/ODM partners, and global stakeholders

Supply Chain & Manufacturing Coordination

• Coordinate with manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure production planning and on-time delivery
• Monitor inventory management, procurement planning, and operational risk mitigation
• Improve operational efficiency across sourcing, logistics, and production processes
• Support quality assurance and compliance initiatives across operations

Team Leadership & Organizational Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing operational teams
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and results-oriented culture
• Drive organizational effectiveness and talent development initiatives
• Support change management and continuous improvement programs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Management, Electronics, or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in business operations, commercial operations, or operational leadership within the power supply, electronics, EMS, semiconductor, or manufacturing industries
• Proven leadership experience in multinational or regional business environments
• Strong understanding of power supply, power electronics, industrial electronics, or related technology sectors
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience managing cross-functional and international teams
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese; additional language capabilities are a

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Experience working with global OEM/ODM customers
• Familiarity with Taiwan and international manufacturing ecosystems
• Background in operational transformation or business process optimization
• Experience supporting global supply chain and regional operations management
• Strong commercial mindset with P&L exposure preferred
