The Position
Business Operations & ERP Intern (4-Month Assignment)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated intern for a 5-month assignment within our ERP Business Operations team. This role bridges the gap between traditional enterprise resource planning and modern digital innovation. You will help optimize daily workflows, support data management initiatives, and explore how emerging technologies can improve our business processes.
The Opportunity
Support enterprise systems initiatives, specifically focusing on data migration, governance, and maintaining data integrity within ERP environments
Assist in analyzing operational processes and exploring ways to automate workflows using basic scripting or modern AI productivity tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consolidate technical documentation and create clear, engaging presentations for stakeholders.
Contribute to ad-hoc strategic projects, applying analytical thinking to complex business and economic challenges.
Who You Are
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
Prior exposure to corporate environments; experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical operations, or complex enterprise structures is highly advantageous.
Familiarity with ERP platforms (such as SAP) and a strong interest in digital innovation, including prompt engineering, large language models, or Python.
Proven ability to remain composed, structured, and collaborative in dynamic, fast-paced, or high-responsibility operational environments.
Fluent in German and native-level proficiency in English.
