Business Operations Excellence Lead

Drive and coordinate cross-functional Business Operations transformation initiatives, ensuring structured execution, clear ownership, progress visibility, and timely delivery across multiple business units and functions.

• Managing multiple Business Operations initiatives from planning through execution and stabilization.
• Supporting systems implementation, digital transformation and business adoption activities.
• Leading process mapping, standardization and optimization across business units.
• Supporting the development of KPIs, dashboards, management reporting and visibility mechanisms.
• Coordinating activities across Business Operations, Sales, Finance, Operations, IT and other stakeholders.
• Driving governance, accountability and closure of action items to ensure successful execution of organizational priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering & management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA or other relevant master’s degree – an advantage.
• experience from a global company - Must!
• 2–4 years of experience in Project Management, Business Operations, PMO, Process Improvement, or similar roles.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects, managing stakeholders, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Project/Program Management certification such as PMP – an advantage.
