Business Operations Intern
You support internal operations by responding to inquiries, managing supplies and office facilities, arranging business travel and external meeting venues, and assisting executives. You also prepare and distribute press releases, manage social media content, plan internal culture and policies, distribute announcements, and support company events.
Responsibilities
- Respond to internal inquiries
- Purchase and manage office supplies
- Manage office space and facilities maintenance
- Arrange business travel, including flights and hotels
- Source and reserve external meeting venues
- Support executive work
- Write and distribute press releases
- Plan social media channels and manage content operations
- Plan new organizational cultures and policies
- Write and distribute internal announcements
- Support internal company events
Requirements
- Ability to work accurately and consistently deliver reliable results
- Ability to complete assigned work with initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to identify work independently and act proactively
- Active daily communication skills
- Interest and ability to plan and introduce new policies and programs
