Business Operations Manager

Role Description:
- The role will structure and oversee business operations across multiple business units.
- The manager’s job will be to ensure efficacy, scalability, and alignment with company goals.
- This will require a strong balance between strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- The ideal candidate is experienced in international business operations, complex processes, and leading cross-functional initiatives to support the company’s launch across global markets.

Responsibilities:
- Architect the structure and foundation of different business units.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve operational processes and SOPs, dataflow, and workflow.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive data-driven decisions.
- Identify operational gaps and inefficiencies across people, data, and systems.
- Collaborate with leadership to debrief on company status and strategy.
- Suggest growth initiatives.
- Exceptional at identifying and reprioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact.
- Pivoting between tasks, subject matters, and projects.
- Manage cross-functional projects to ensure timely delivery of priorities.
- Optimize resource allocation and team productivity across departments.
- Delegate responsibilities and manage special projects across teams.
- Review contracts, agreements, and operational documentation when required.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and team structuring in collaboration with HR.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, operational standards, and company procedures.
- Drive scalability and continuous improvement across business operations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with a focus in International Business or a related field, preferred with 7 years of relevant experience, or 10+ years of relevant work experience.
- 3-5+ years of experience in Operations within a crypto exchange, fintech, Web3, digital payments, neobank, financial technology infrastructure provider, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong understanding of international business operations and cross-market environments.
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, including management of others and delegation of work.
- Experience in working within highly regulated industries is a plus.
- Able to work independently but collaborate effectively within a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience reviewing business contracts and operational agreements.
- Strong commercial instincts able to understand a deal landscape, identify capability and staffing gaps, and connect the dots between pipeline and organizational capacity.
- Analytical and strategic mindset is a must.
- Strong multitasking abilities, quick learning, sharp critical thinking, capacity to delegate and manage projects with a high level of skill, while being extremely organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems, project management tools, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
