About the role
Trustpair is hiring a Business Operations Manager for AI & Strategic Projects to join our Business Operations team and help scale our global operations.
Reporting to the COO, you will work across all departments to turn complex challenges into practical systems, projects, and decisions. Your focus will be:
40%: internal AI roadmap;
40%: strategic, cross-functional projects;
20%: critical company-wide processes.
This senior individual-contributor role offers broad autonomy and suits someone who brings structure to complexity, moves from diagnosis to implementation, and makes agentic AI practical, secure, and measurable.
This Paris-based hybrid role requires around 2 office days per week, with an ideal start date of January 2027.
Main Mission
Turn Trustpair’s AI ambitions into secure, high-value use cases adopted across teams;
Lead strategic projects that remove friction, close operational gaps, and support growth;
Strengthen company-wide processes for risk, certifications, knowledge, onboarding, and internal tools.
What you'll do
Deliver Trustpair’s internal AI roadmap (40%)
Partner with business teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver agentic AI use cases based on their expected impact and feasibility;
Evaluate, select, and deploy the most relevant AI tools at company level,
Establish clear frameworks for the responsible use of AI, with particular attention to data privacy, security, and risk management;
Design and facilitate practical company-wide training to help teammates integrate AI into their daily work;
Track adoption and business impact across areas such as productivity, quality, revenue, and retention;
Facilitate internal AI governance through roadmaps, dedicated forums, KPIs, and regular portfolio reviews.
Lead strategic, cross-functional projects (40%)
Own high-priority projects end to end, from problem framing and analysis to stakeholder alignment and implementation;
Optimize cross-team processes and redesign operating models for scale;
Bridge temporary gaps across strategic functions;
Support strategy and governance through masterplans, decision forums, and follow-up;
Lead business-tool selection and deployment, from needs assessment to rollout;
Assess operational risks and drive practical improvements.
Own critical company-wide processes (20%)
Coordinate certifications and renewals;
Strengthen risk management through incident monitoring, corrective actions, and clear ownership;
Improve knowledge management and company-wide onboarding;
Oversee internal tools, including access, budgets, privacy, vendors, and costs.

Must-Haves
A Master’s degree from an engineering or business school, or an equivalent relevant program;
At least 5 years of experience in structured and multidisciplinary business environments, including experience in a rigorous setting such as management or strategy consulting, M&A, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or a Chief of Staff position;
Hands-on startup or scale-up experience, with comfort navigating changing priorities;
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects end to end with autonomy;
Structured problem-solving skills: clarify ambiguity, prioritize, analyze data, and implement sustainable solutions;
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including quantitative modeling, plus familiarity with BI tools such as Looker, Metabase, or Tableau;
Ability to create executive-level presentations and documentation that simplify complexity and clarify next steps;
Proven use of AI to improve workflows, decisions, or business outcomes, with a strong interest in agentic AI;
Professional fluency in written and spoken English;
Excellent organization, prioritization, rigor, and attention to detail;
A proactive, results-driven approach, from problem identification to implementation;
A collaborative, low-ego, feedback-friendly style.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience scaling an agentic AI program across multiple teams;
Experience in cybersecurity, privacy, or operational risk;
Experience selecting, deploying, and governing company-wide systems and vendors;
Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or another international, regulated scale-up.
