Scope:

The Mobile Business Operations Analyst provides programmatic and operational leadership for the James Mobile Units, with primary responsibility for business operations, fleet administration, compliance management, budgeting, volume planning, and supervision of administrative staff and drivers. The role ensures mobile units are operationally ready, financially managed, properly documented, and aligned with institutional and regulatory requirements. The Operations Analyst serves as a key liaison among clinical leadership, finance, analytics, fleet/facilities partners, and community stakeholders to support scalable, data driven mobile operations. This role emphasizes administrative coordination and oversight rather than technical or mechanical maintenance functions.

Minimum Qualifications for Hire:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field and four years of relevant experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills in preparing detailed spreadsheets, pivot tables, and presentations are required
  • Must be able to work independently and organize workload with minimal supervision.
  • An understanding of data functions in health care, as well as a knowledge of the functions and activities of perioperative services, operating rooms, and surgery preferred.
  • Substantial understanding of statistics and revenue/budget analysis.
