Business Performance Analyst cum Administrator

Job Summary

You will collect and analyze data to generate insights and reports that drive business decisions. Collaborate with teams to identify gaps, implement improvements, and support performance monitoring and administrative coordination.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and maintain data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity for analysis and reporting
• Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and performance reports to monitor delivery, inventory, and service operations
• Analyze data trends and generate actionable insights, reports, and visualizations to support business decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance gaps and develop improvement initiatives
• Implement corrective actions and track progress against targets to ensure achievement of desired outcomes
• Monitor and follow up on action plans to ensure timely completion
• Provide administrative support and coordinate business performance improvement activities as needed
• Actively participate in corporate initiatives such as Management by Objectives (MBO), continuous improvement projects, and organizational development activities

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, reporting platforms, and relevant programming languages
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills to identify issues and recommend data-driven solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present findings and collaborate with stakeholders
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude to manage both analytical and administrative responsibilities
