The Role:

  • Play a key role in shaping the strategy and performance tracking of the Business Development Team.
  • Analyze commercial results and identify inefficiencies, trends, and opportunities for growth.
  • Partner closely with Business Development leadership and cross-functional teams to define action plans.
  • Support strategic planning and forecasting to ensure business targets are achieved.
  • Provide data-driven insights to senior stakeholders, driving initiatives that enhance revenue growth.
  • Gain high exposure across the organization, collaborating directly with executives and commercial leadership.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor performance and guide strategic decision-making.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, Growth or Analytics roles.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
  • Solid understanding of commercial KPIs, forecasting, and business planning
  • Comfortable translating complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with executive-level exposure
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
