As our Business Performance Intern, you will be a part of our Commercial Excellence team in Rijswijk, NL. Commercial Excellence (CE) Team is a High-Performance Team with a Benelux scope, wherein you will support data analysis and reporting to drive the Healthcare Engagement strategy and help optimize the Field Force performance by providing the business with fact based & analytical information in the Netherlands market.
You must have become curious to know what responsibilities you would have?
You will be responsible for - Process Sell-Out Data: Process & upload sell-out/indirect data from wholesalers to enable detailed analysis of institutional sales data and find ways to optimize the current process. - Data Analysis & Reporting : Track the performance of KPIs across Specialized Nutrition categories. Transform raw data into actionable business insights to assess the success of commercial activities. Analyze dashboards and reports to support strategic decision-making. - Multichannel Engagement & SFE : Support MCE implementation and sales force effectiveness by gathering and analyzing engagement data to enrich insights about healthcare channels. - Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Strategy, Medical, and Data teams to ensure alignment and impact.
