We're looking for a Business Planning & Operations (BPO) Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and collaborating across teams to support business performance.
About the Role
As a key member of our BPO team, you'll help drive operational excellence and support revenue growth across the NZA region. You'll work closely with Sales, Finance, Merchandising, Customer Service, Legal, and Data Management teams to ensure our wholesale operations run smoothly and efficiently.
What You'll Do
Support wholesale customer processes, including contracts, promotions, rebates, returns, and accounts receivable follow-up.
Analyse sales and sell-out data, providing insights that help drive commercial decisions.
Prepare reports, presentations, forecasts, and sales plans to support business performance.
Develop and improve standard operating procedures and provide support and training to Account Managers.
Coordinate sales tools, meetings, and administrative processes.
Build strong relationships across multiple functions to ensure seamless execution and delivery.

Strong communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and confidently.
Experience building strong cross-functional relationships and influencing stakeholders.
Commercial acumen with the ability to analyse sales data and key performance metrics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for streamlining processes.
Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
Experience working with ERP and CRM systems.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Experience within wholesale, retail, apparel, or consumer goods is advantageous.
