Business Planning, Senior Officer (Life Insurance)

About the Role

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in business performance reporting, strategic planning, board administration, and cross-functional coordination to support the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of regional business plans and performance management initiatives.
• Prepare management reports, business insights, and KPI dashboards for senior management.
• Coordinate the development, tracking, and reporting of business KPIs across regional business units.
• Organise board and management meetings, prepare meeting materials, and ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements.
• Maintain corporate governance records, authority registers, and corporate schedules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and business planning projects.
• Support regional meetings, conferences, and other planning-related projects as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Experience in business planning, management reporting, corporate planning, strategy, or performance management.
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyse and present business data.
• Strong analytical, organisational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
