Business Process Analyst - Delegated Authority, London Market, Outside IR35

Our sister professional service company, Stellarmann, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong London Market and Delegated Authority expertise to support their Insurance client with a large scale process transformation programme.

You'll facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, capture and map end-to-end processes, and produce high-quality as-is and to-be process maps. The role requires someone who can confidently challenge existing ways of working, identify improvement opportunities, and help design more efficient future-state processes.

Key Requirements:

• Proven Business Analyst experience
• Strong London Market insurance knowledge
• Delegated Authority expertise
• Extensive process mapping and process improvement experience
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to influence, challenge constructively, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment

Highly Desirable:

• Lean Six Sigma or Operational Excellence experience
• Process re-engineering background
• MGU experience
