Job Descriptions:
Assist in analyzing and documenting ongoing business processes
Support the identification of process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
Collect and analyze data related to business processes and performance
Assist in preparing business process documentation, flowcharts, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Support the preparation of reports and presentation materials for internal stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and workflows
Assist in monitoring process implementation and evaluating improvement outcomes
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
- Strong interest in business process analysis and development
- Familiar with flowcharts and BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
- Proficient in data analysis and data visualization
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Visio
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
