Business Process Analyst
Job Description:
Analyze business processes, user needs, and system requirements, including gap analysis and process improvement recommendations.
Translate business needs into structured requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
Gather and clarify requirements with stakeholders and map end-to-end processes, business rules, data flows, and system integrations.
Perform data analysis and validation using SQL or other tools to identify discrepancies and root causes.
Support the software development lifecycle, including testing, UAT, and implementation, while maintaining accurate and consistent documentation.
Requirements:
Willing to work fully onsite (WFO) in North Jakarta.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
Have at least 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role.
Experience in CRM, omnichannel, customer service, contact center, sales, or customer engagement projects is preferred, with familiarity in customer journeys, product management, customer applications, websites, e-commerce, or marketplaces.
Knowledge of databases and experience with SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data analysis tools
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Draw.io, Visio, Miro, and Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
Strong analytical, critical-thinking, communication, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and the ability to collaborate and clarify ambiguous requirements.
Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and able to prepare and understand documentation in English.
