Business Process Analyst, Transformation Office
Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Process Analyst with experience in supply chain and logistics operations to map, redesign, and improve how work flows across our end-to-end supply chain network. This is a business-focused role at heart: you will spend most of your time with process owners understanding how work actually gets done, identifying bottlenecks, and designing better ways of working. At the same time, you are comfortable enough with technology to see how our tools and data connect, so you can help create a clear lineage from one process and system to the next.
You will act as the bridge between the people who run the business and the teams who build and maintain the systems that support them — translating operational needs into clear requirements, and technical realities into decisions the business can act on.
What You'll Do:
1. Map and document current-state supply chain and logistics processes across procurement, planning, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and order fulfillment functions; identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
2. Design optimized future-state workflows that reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
3. Analyze end-to-end process and data flows across systems, including lineage, integrations, and handoffs.
4. Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, system teams, and the AI & Integration Product Manager to define business requirements and support system enhancement, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
5. Lead stakeholder workshops and process discovery sessions with supply chain and logistics teams, translating business challenges into clear functional requirements and process improvement recommendations.
6. Define KPIs, maintain process documentation and SOPs, and support change management and adoption of new processes.
