Summary
Designs and optimizes business processes for production planning in discrete industries, primarily using SAP PP, while collaborating with technical and business teams to align requirements and KPIs.
Project Role Description : Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

- Lead the development and documentation of business process frameworks to support organizational objectives.
- Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing between technical and business teams to ensure alignment.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize business processes within production planning and control environments.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Ability to develop and maintain process documentation, including workflows, process maps, and performance metrics.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities to address complex challenges in production planning and control.
- Effective communication skills to educate and engage stakeholders at various organizational levels.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
