At Leica Geosystems (Hexagon) in Heerbrugg, Switzerland, you'll join a new Processes, Digitalisation & Data team in Operations & Supply Chain. Day to day you analyse, model and document global operations processes, build data/reporting foundations (Power BI), and work with Operations, IT and Controlling stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

- A degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in process management, business analysis or operational excellence, ideally in an industrial environment
- A proven track record of driving process improvements across multiple functions
- Solid understanding of end-to‑end Operations & Supply Chain processes
- Strong skills in process analysis, modelling and documentation; familiarity with frameworks such as SCOR is an advantage
- Good understanding of data models and experience with reporting tools such as Power BI; knowledge of Microsoft Fabric is a plus
- A conceptual mindset, combined with the ability to challenge existing ways of working and turn ideas into tangible results
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align people across functions without formal authority
- Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage
- Experience in an international organisation, working across multiple sites, and familiarity with SAP, particularly SAP S/4HANA, are a plus
