Business Process Engineer Variant Management

Your role
Your day-to-day
- Design and standardize variant management processes throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Define methodologies for feature management, configuration management, and product architecture.
- Integrate variant management practices into existing engineering and product development processes.
- Collaborate with PLM and ERP teams to enable variant management capabilities in supporting systems and tools.
- Guide engineering teams worldwide in the implementation of variant management.
- Develop process documentation, guidelines, and training materials while supporting continuous improvement and change adoption.
Your skills and experience
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Process Engineer, Project Leader, or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills combined with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and build alignment across functions and organizational boundaries.
- Strong communication skills and professional fluency in English.
- A self-driven and structured approach, with the ability to balance strategic direction and operational execution.

Experience with Windchill (Smart Platforms).

Product knowledge of Portable Air products.
