  • Create detailed process maps, workflows, and cross-functional swimlane diagrams using Microsoft Visio.
  • Translate complex operational and technical workflows into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.
  • Develop quick-reference guides, user guides, and other resources that support day-to-day process execution.
  • Create role-specific training and enablement materials for new process rollouts, reporting and analytics launches, business-continuity initiatives, and digitization programs.

  • Develop documentation and training materials for enterprise project management, financial, procurement, contracting, planning, and collaboration systems.
  • Ensure process documentation aligns with system capabilities, organizational controls, compliance requirements, and established standards.
  • Facilitate discussions and working sessions with subject-matter experts and stakeholders to validate processes and reach alignment.
  • Collaborate across engineering, finance, supply chain, procurement, project controls, and other business functions.
  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, inconsistencies, and opportunities for simplification or standardization.
  • Support continuous-improvement and process-governance initiatives.
  • Define process-performance measures, including key performance indicators and objectives and key results.
  • Maintain documentation as processes, tools, systems, and business requirements evolve.
  • Produce polished, accurate deliverables with minimal rework.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience creating end-to-end process maps, workflows, and cross-functional swimlane diagrams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Visio or a comparable process-mapping tool.
  • Strong technical and business-writing skills.
  • Experience developing user guides, quick-reference guides, job aids, training materials, or similar enablement content.
  • Ability to simplify complex business, technical, and operational concepts for different audiences.
  • Experience facilitating discussions with cross-functional stakeholders to validate and align business processes.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, consistency, and document quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple documentation and process-development efforts simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently, organize ambiguous information, and drive deliverables through review and approval.
  • Experience working in a large, cross-functional enterprise environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting engineering, procurement, and construction environments.
  • Global project controls experience, particularly in cost management, risk management, planning and scheduling, estimating, or project reporting.
