Business Program Manager
Summary
The Business Program Manager supports one of the company’s key business verticals — Corporate, Commercial, People, or Operations — and serves as the primary program management partner to the Executive Sponsor and Steering Committee.
Working across Value Stream Leaders, Technology, and the IMO, the Program Manager maintains the integrated view of execution, drives planning and follow-through, surfaces risks and dependencies, and ensures leadership has the information needed to make timely decisions.

Governance Support

Prepare SteerCo agenda and materials, manage actions and decisions, and help ensure the right topics are brought to the right forum and aligned to enterprise priorities.

Confirm SteerCo meetings are focused, actionable, and decision oriented.

Manage executive steering committee meeting prep and coordination to ensure the executive sponsor is apprised, roadblocks are surfaced for removal, and company leadership is looped in as needed.
Roadmap Management

Maintain a clear view of vertical initiatives, owners, key milestones, and readiness status.

Ensure roadmap updates are current and consistent with IMO standards.
Dependency Management
-
Identify and track dependencies across functions and other integration verticals.

Ensure Cross-functional dependencies are visible and actively managed before they become blockers.
Risk & Issue Tracking

Maintain RAID items, confirm mitigation owners, and escalate unresolved issues when needed.

Maintain a clear view of progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions needed.
Status Reporting

Create concise executive-ready updates for leadership that highlight progress, what’s at risk, decisions needed, and support needed.
Coordination
-
Facilitate working sessions, roadmap reviews, and follow-ups across Value Streams and the IMO.
