Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance proofs of concept, automations, analytics solutions, and AI-enabled tools for finance process improvement.
- Translate business requirements and process challenges into practical technical solutions.
- Analyze operational data and process flows to identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve data quality.
- Build, test, troubleshoot, and refine prototypes based on business feedback and evolving requirements.
- Support pilot implementations, solution handoffs, benefits measurement, and technical documentation.
Skills Required:
- 5 - 8 years of experience in automation, analytics, business process improvement, digital transformation, or related technology delivery roles.
- Hands-on experience with automation solutions and technology-enabled process improvement.
- Practical experience using Python and Microsoft SQL for data analysis, solution development, or business automation.
- Experience applying Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI to business or operational use cases.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and work with structured and unstructured data.
Good to Have:
- Experience with finance processes, Power BI, and process mapping.
Education: B.E. or B.Sc. degree, preferably in Applied Electronics, Mechanical, or a related discipline.
