Business Project Manager | Business Process & Portfolio Coordination for New Business (內湖瑞光)_JR202610024

We are seeking an experienced New Business Development (NBD) Business Project Manager to help advance its strategic new business portfolio through structured processes, data-driven insights, and effective cross-functional coordination.

You will work closely with business units and internal stakeholders to establish a consistent planning and review cadence, track progress across initiatives, and improve the processes that support new business development. Your responsibilities will include coordinating quarterly strategy reviews, analyzing resource utilization and business progress, and ensuring that key decisions translate into clear follow-up actions.

This role calls for a hands-on professional with logical thinking, sound judgment, and the patience to align stakeholders and sustain progress as new initiatives evolve.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate portfolio progress: Consolidate updates across strategic new business initiatives, track milestones and action items, and highlight issues requiring attention or decisions.
• Develop and improve NBD processes: Design, implement, and refine internal workflows, reporting formats, and review mechanisms to support consistent planning, execution, and follow-up.
• Analyze data and resource effectiveness: Compile and analyze business data, performance indicators, and resource utilization to identify gaps and provide insights for management reviews.
• Coordinate quarterly strategy reviews: Plan and facilitate NBD strategy meetings, align agendas and review materials, document key decisions, and follow up on agreed actions.
• Organize NBD workshops: Coordinate workshop objectives, participants, materials, and logistics, and consolidate outcomes into actionable next steps.
• Connect stakeholders and resources: Work across business units and supporting functions to clarify responsibilities, address process bottlenecks, and coordinate the resources needed to move initiatives forward.
