Summary

TenneT is hiring a Business Project Manager to take direct responsibility for delivering large and/or complex projects at the intersection of IT and the business in the utility sector. The role centers on stakeholder management, project coordination and results delivery, ideally with knowledge of high-voltage systems, grid operations and IT/OT systems, in English and preferably Dutch.

  • You have knowledge and experience within the utility sector, preferably combined with knowledge of high-voltage systems, grid operations and IT/OT systems.
  • You are able to operate effectively in a complex environment with internal and external stakeholders, including situations where interests may conflict.
  • You have demonstrable experience taking direct responsibility for the implementation of large and/or complex projects, potentially in an international context.
  • You have a high level of integrity and are able to guide both IT and the business in the right direction, even when working under pressure.
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills and communicate clearly and confidently in English and, preferably, Dutch.
  • You have a decisive, proactive and results-driven attitude and are able to engage effectively with stakeholders and keep projects moving forward.
