Business Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring across business and operations functions at a fast-growing AI company. You will partner with recruiting leadership and executives to bring in talent for strategic projects, operations, and go-to-market teams.

What You'll Do

• Manage recruiting from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, and close for business and operations roles.

• Build proactive candidate pipelines from finance, consulting, private equity, and technology backgrounds.

• Partner with recruiting leadership and executives to define hiring profiles, prioritize searches, and run structured interview processes.

• Improve recruiting infrastructure, including scorecards, interview rubrics, sourcing tools, and offer processes.

• Track funnel metrics and use stage-by-stage conversion data to improve recruiting outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of recruiting experience, with a track record of full-cycle ownership from sourcing through close.

• Experience in both agency and in-house recruiting, including work at a high-growth startup.

• Experience building pipelines for business talent, such as finance, consulting, private equity, operations, or go-to-market candidates.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with executives and cross-functional leaders.

• High agency, a strong work ethic, and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with ambiguity.

• Experience using recruiting systems and sourcing tools; familiarity with Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter is relevant.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $150,000 to $225,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site, five days per week in San Francisco, California.
