Business Research Analyst - Quezon City
Summary
Conducts industry research, analyzes data, and creates business reports/dashboards to support global decision-making in a BPO/outsourcing context.
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Research Analyst to support business in driving data-based decision-making across global delivery centers. This role will be responsible for extensive industry research & analysis, MIS, preparing business reports, and developing executive dashboards and business presentations for leadership reviews.
- Must have 5 years experience in data analysis and market research
- Must have Profit and Loss exposure
- Must be fluent in French language
- Exposure to global operations, shared services, BPM/BPO industry is preferred
