How you will get the job done
recording of various insurance documents in the company’s own data processing system
assigning, interpreting and classifying scanned documents in German
processing of certain business transactions within the scope of competence
managing other back-office activities
Skills and experience you will need
good command of English (B1) and German (B1)
high attention to detail and the ability to analyse and check the accuracy of data
high motivation and task orientation
service and customer orientation
computer literacy (MS Office)
university degree
experience in the shared service environment, insurance industry, especially German insurance
basic knowledge of the health and composite insurance sectors
