The ideal candidate has solid experience in the UAE business setup industry, strong knowledge of Free Zone company formation, and the ability to confidently manage and convert international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Consult clients on the most suitable company setup solutions in the UAE
• Manage the full company formation process, with a strong focus on UAE Free Zones
• Advise on business activities, legal structures, licensing options, and jurisdiction selection
• Handle license applications, renewals, amendments, and other corporate procedures
• Coordinate directly with Free Zone authorities and relevant UAE government entities
• Assist with establishment cards, investor/partner visas, and immigration-related procedures
• Manage incoming leads, conduct consultations, prepare proposals, and follow up with prospective clients
• Convert qualified leads into clients and achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs
• Develop long-term client relationships and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
• Maintain excellent knowledge of Free Zone packages, regulations, pricing, and current business setup procedures
Requirements:
• Proven experience in Business Setup / Company Formation in Dubai or the UAE
• Hands-on experience working with UAE Free Zones is essential
• Strong understanding of the UAE corporate services and licensing environment
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition within the business setup industry
• Fluent English, Arabic, and French — written and spoken
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Professional, proactive, and client-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently and achieve monthly targets
• Existing network and relationships within the UAE business setup ecosystem will be a strong advantage
