Business Solution Consultant
ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of the America’s team, SANY is looking to recruit a driven, forward-thinking, and highly motivated Business Solution Consultant. With the deep investment and backing of SANY Group, the Americas business expects to grow significantly in the coming years. Critical to this growth is the appointment of a high-quality Business Solution Consultant. This role will work closely with internal business teams, technical teams, and external vendors to gather and organize requirements, coordinate project activities, support system implementation, and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
With current revenues over $500 million, SANY America continues to make strong progress and significant investments in the Americas market; the organization is now pursuing an aggressive growth strategy and is looking to move quickly beyond this initial platform and increase their market share.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate cross-functional projects involving business teams, technical teams, and external vendors.
Work with business users to understand workflows, identify pain points, and gather business requirements. Document, organize, and confirm business and system requirements.
Coordinate with vendors and internal technical teams to ensure requirements are properly implemented.
Track project progress, issues, risks, and follow-up actions. Support system testing, user acceptance testing, issue validation, and final acceptance.
Help improve business processes and support successful rollout and adoption of new systems.
Serve as a communication bridge between business users and technical teams.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in project coordination, business analysis, system implementation, or a related role.
Familiarity with CRM, Dealer Portal, ERP, or other enterprise business systems is preferred.
A strong working knowledge of programming languages, databases, and system architecture is expected.
Experience with Service, Aftermarket, Parts, Warranty, or related business operations is a plus.
Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills. Professional-level English proficiency is required. Chinese language skills are a plus.
Experience working with external vendors or software implementation partners.
Ability to gather, clarify, and document business requirements.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience supporting system implementation from requirements gathering through testing and go-live.
Experience with CRM (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamic 365, etc.) or Dealer Portal platforms
Understanding of SQL, APIs, databases, or basic software development concepts.
Experience with one or more programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript, C#, Go, or similar, is preferred.

Up to 20% of travel may be required
