Business Solutions Analyst/ Enterprise Analyst/ Product & Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and customer experience.

• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.

• Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Support solution design, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation.

• Monitor project progress and ensure solutions meet business objectives.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or related roles.

· Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

· Experience with process mapping, SDLC, and project management.

· Lean Six Sigma, BPM, or Business Analysis certification is an advantage.
