Business Solutions Architect

BizAway S.r.l. (ES) is seeking a driven Business Solutions Architect to automate processes and drive operational efficiency.

You will work with Business Analysts to translate blueprints into scalable digital workflows and integrate CRM, Project Management, and Workspace systems. The role is full-time, hybrid with two days remote, and offers equity and a salary starting from 35k EUR per year in accordance with the Commerce sector agreement.

Design and implement scalable automation workflows to streamline manual operations and boost business efficiency. Collaborate closely with Business Analysts to translate process blueprints into robust, high-impact digital solutions. Integrate diverse enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, Project Management, Workspace) to create unified data flows. Support other teams in validating technical projects, ensuring security and data privacy standards and architectural robustness. Maintain and update existing automations, ensuring long-term reliability. Stay up to date on AI and digital tools, proactively suggesting new solutions. Proven track record of designing and implementing automated solutions that solve real business problems. Deep understanding of SaaS environments, API integrations, and system connectivity. Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions. Permanent contract Full-time 40h/week Hybrid: 2 days remote Equity in company Stock options
