Business Solutions Architect

BizAway is seeking a driven Business Solutions Architect to leverage modern technical solutions for business efficiency. You will focus on automating processes, partnering with Business Analysts, and implementing robust workflows that deliver measurable impact.

You will integrate systems to streamline operations, maintain automation reliability, and stay ahead with AI tools. The role offers a hybrid setup with growth opportunities in a multicultural team across Europe.

Design and implement scalable automation workflows to streamline manual operations and boost efficiency. Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate process blueprints into robust digital solutions. Integrate diverse enterprise systems (CRM, Project Management, Workspace) for unified data flows. Support other teams in validating technical projects ensuring security and data privacy compliance. Maintain and update existing automations for long-term reliability. Stay up to date on AI and digital tools, proposing new solutions. Proven experience designing and implementing solutions that automate processes end-to-end. Strong understanding of SaaS environments, APIs, and system connectivity. Analytical mindset with passion for scalable digital workflows. Ability to translate complex business requirements into high-impact technical solutions. Fluent in English (minimum B2).
