Business Solutions Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Business Solutions Manager to support business growth by identifying opportunities, improving internal processes, and coordinating solutions across different departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Sales team to identify customer needs, upselling opportunities and suitable business solutions.
  • Coordinate across Sales, Operations, Production and other departments to ensure smooth communication and execution of projects.
  • Identify operational challenges, process gaps and inefficiencies, and recommend practical solutions to improve workflow and productivity.
  • Support the implementation of new processes, systems and business improvement initiatives.
  • Analyse existing business practices and identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements and revenue growth.
  • Explore new business ideas, services and opportunities that can contribute to the company’s growth.
  • Assist management in planning and executing business improvement projects.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make further improvements where necessary.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Management, Operations or a related field.
  • Experience in business development, operations, project coordination, sales support or process improvement would be advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Able to coordinate effectively between different departments and stakeholders.
  • Commercially minded with an interest in improving both business efficiency and revenue.
  • Independent, hands-on and comfortable working in a fast-paced SME environment.
