The position focuses on delivering rapid, measurable business value by bringing the business and IT together while balancing immediate needs with long‑term, foundational capabilities for the Kitchen & Bath North America (KBNA) business.Role Impact and ResponsibilitiesAs a critical leadership position within KBNA, the IT Business Solutions Manager – Supply Chain reports to the Director, IT Supply Chain & Operations and partners closely with senior business leaders and IT teams.Key Responsibilities Include:Partnering directly with the Vice President, Supply Chain – KBA, their leadership team, and IT stakeholders to define and align a technology strategy and dynamic roadmapTranslating business strategy into scalable capabilities and enabling technologiesLeading resources—directly and indirectly—to deliver prioritized initiativesActing as an advocate for both business and IT during roadmap execution to ensure alignment, value delivery, and change adoptionDriving innovation while delivering programs of strategic and operational importance to the businessLeadership Profile and Success FactorsThe successful candidate will be a passionate leader, strategic thinker, and change agent with the ability to build credibility and influence at all levels of the organization. Success in this role requires the ability to quickly understand the North America business from an end‑to‑end capability perspective, create a compelling and aligned vision, and lead teams through execution.Key qualifications and capabilities include:Proven experience creating and aligning market‑relevant technology strategies and implementation roadmapsDeep knowledge of IT best practices, enterprise technologies, and supply chain solutionsAdvanced experience serving as a business‑IT partner for large, complex, global organizationsDemonstrated strength in value delivery, critical thinking, stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencingAbility to lead and facilitate design thinking workshops that promote innovation, alignment, and actionable outcomesThis role offers significant senior‑level visibility and presents a strong opportunity for career growth while driving impactful, enterprise‑level transformation.





The actual base salary offered to a candidate may be higher than the approved range. This will vary depending on a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and a special project incentive.
