At TOMRA, we are creating smarter, more connected ways of working to support our mission of enabling a world without waste. As TOMRA Europe Global Business Services continues to expand, we’re looking for a Business Support Coordinator to provide efficient, scalable, and high-quality operational support to markets across Europe.

In this role, you’ll work closely with local market teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to coordinate business support activities, purchasing, supplier administration, invoice processing, and market onboarding.

You’ll play an important role in keeping daily operations organized, documentation accurate, and requests moving forward while contributing to the continued development of our Shared Service Centre.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of TOMRA’s growing Shared Services organization, you’ll support European markets through a broad range of operational, administrative, purchasing, and coordination activities.

Support European Markets & Shared Service Centre Enablement

Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to assigned European markets, respond to business support requests, coordinate follow-up across teams, and help onboard new countries and services into the Shared Service Centre.

Coordinate Purchasing & Supplier Activities

Create and manage purchase orders, coordinate orders for office supplies, equipment, and services, communicate with suppliers regarding deliveries and documentation, and support supplier onboarding and information maintenance.

Support Invoice Administration

Review incoming supplier invoices, verify information and supporting documentation, coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, and support invoice approval and payment preparation while maintaining accurate records.

Facilitate Operational Coordination

Track requests, follow up on actions, support reporting and data administration, and help coordinate activities between markets and internal functions to ensure reliable and timely service delivery.

Contribute to Continuous Improvement

Maintain process documentation and templates, support standardization and continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to additional Shared Service Centre activities as business needs evolve.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who enjoys bringing structure to varied business activities, coordinating across teams, and helping colleagues and markets receive reliable support. You are organized, proactive, service-minded, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and changing priorities in an international environment.

You Will Likely Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, Management, or a related field.

  • Up to two years of professional experience; relevant internship, fresh graduate, or junior experience in administration, operations, procurement, finance, customer support, or Shared Services is an advantage.

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with careful attention to detail.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word.

  • The ability to coordinate multiple requests, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.

  • Confidence in tracking activities, maintaining documentation, and following up on actions and deliverables.

  • A service-oriented mindset, willingness to learn, and a positive, collaborative approach.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a Shared Service Centre or international business support environment.

  • Exposure to purchasing, supplier administration, invoice processing, finance, or customer support activities.

  • Experience supporting market onboarding, process documentation, or standardization initiatives.

  • Familiarity with purchase orders, supplier records, reporting, or data administration.

  • Gain exposure to multiple business functions and processes.

  • Access development and career growth opportunities across Operations, Customer Care, Procurement, Finance, and Shared Services.

  • Help build and shape a growing European Shared Service Center from the ground up.
