Business Support Executive – Private Wealth

About the Role

We are partnering with an established international financial services organisation to hire a Business Support Executive within its Private Wealth business.

This role will work closely with the Business Development team, providing end-to-end sales and business support, partner coordination, preliminary KYC/due diligence and operational support for the High-Net-Worth client segment.

This would suit someone from an insurance or banking background who is organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a central coordination point supporting the Business Development team.

  • Provide day-to-day sales support, including preparation and coordination of partner and client documentation.

  • Support preliminary KYC and due diligence requirements.

  • Assist with the preparation of quotations and client/partner-specific presentations.

  • Support the maintenance and development of quotation systems and tools.

  • Coordinate document translation where required.

  • Schedule meetings, appointments and other Business Development activities.

  • Manage and monitor the team's general mailboxes.

  • Prepare and maintain travel requests, reports, agreements and other business documentation.

  • Support the preparation and coordination of industry events, conferences and insurance summits.

  • Perform KYC checks on new consultants and partners for onboarding.

  • Maintain and update consultant and partner information within internal systems.

  • Liaise with Operations on the transfer of active policies to new servicing consultants.

  • Support ongoing partner management and servicing activities.

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification.

  • Approximately 5 years of relevant experience within the insurance and/or banking industry.

  • Prior experience in business support, sales support, distribution support, partner servicing or operations would be advantageous.

  • Exposure to KYC, due diligence, client/partner onboarding or documentation would be highly relevant.

  • Strong business judgement with good analytical and decision-making skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

  • Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management capabilities.

  • Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
