Business Support Specialist – Service Sales

Leicester Contact Center Grove Park

Are you organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working with contracts and commercial processes?

We’re looking for a Business Support Specialist to join Otis and support our Service Sales organisation. You’ll work closely with Sales and colleagues across the business to ensure service contracts are reviewed, approved and processed accurately, while helping us manage contractual risk and compliance.

On a typical day, you will:

• Review contracts and support Sales with contractual and compliance queries.
• Manage new service contracts through our Service Contract Management system.
• Support contract approvals, invoicing, credits and post-contract changes.
• Work with Credit Control on contractual queries and disputes.
• Maintain accurate contract records and support continuous improvement and standard work.
• Work in line with Otis safety, quality, ethics and compliance requirements.

What you’ll bring:

• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• An understanding of contract law and contractual principles.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence using business systems.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive, collaborative and structured approach.
