Salary: $3,000 – $4,500 per month

Job Summary

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours
Location: Short walking distance from Bayfront/ Raffles/ Downtown mrt
Contract Duration: 3 Months
Salary Range: $3000-$4500 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the bank's Sales Surveillance team in testing its Speech-to-Text application.

• Perform voice recordings by reading prepared scripts to test the system's speech recognition accuracy.

• Review and verify the converted text to ensure accuracy.

• Update test results and prepare reports based on testing outcomes.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and related documentation.

• Assist the team with ongoing Generative AI (GenAI) project activities.

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Good attention to detail, with the ability to identify errors and discrepancies.

• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, will be an advantage.

• Willing to learn and support new technology and AI-related projects.
