Business system analyst

“Strong BSA/techno/functional consultants ("A" player) with 5+ years of consulting, business analysis experience in the retail, omni channel world, with recent 3-4 years focusing on ecommerce OMS in a complex retail environment. Unfortunately, the market is flooded with BSAs who are more generic in nature. Need a very strong consultant with heavy Order Management in their backgrounds.

Truly looking for someone who is an expert in Order Management. It is a complex role in which they need to have in depth knowledge on how to make payments, how the back end runs and they need to know how the front end runs.

Need a strong ecommerce background. Need to have experience in how online transactions

work through different warehouses. Need to know all aspects of e commerce and how it works.

Need to know how the flow of business works from warehouses to call centers,access to inventory,what kind of systems are used on how to make payments.

Need to know what the criteria is for making payments in the store versus on line etc.

Every detail from an e commerce perspective needs to be understood for this role within the Order Management/fulfillment space.
