Andersen is hiring a Business/System Analyst for a project focused on the digital transformation and modernization of healthcare systems delivering therapeutic and laboratory services. Compensation: $8–10k+, negotiable for senior candidates. The customer is a leading healthcare provider in Saudi Arabia. It is committed to providing high-quality healthcare using advanced technology and highly qualified staff in a safe and conducive environment. The company secured the top position in patient safety standards with an exceptional evaluation score of 99.7% in the Essential Safety Requirements (ESR). The project is focused on the modernization and digital transformation of a healthcare provider that delivers therapeutic and laboratory services for residents of a large metropolitan area and surrounding region. The project involves business trips to the client in Jeddah (KSA). Responsibilities: - Demonstrating the delivery approach and methodology for Phase 1. - Identifying key stakeholders and defining the project governance structure, including the RACI matrix, communication plan, reporting cadence, and decision-making processes. - Validating and refining the project's scope, priorities, assumptions, and expectations. - Conducting Phase 0 workshops, including kickoff, scope validation, compliance, dependency mapping, system demos, architecture and NFR review, estimation calibration, integration review, delivery planning, and phase closeout. - Documenting systems that require integration. - Preparing Phase 0 documentation and results. - Preparing the Requirements Management Plan. - Preparing Phase 1 CP document. Must-have: - Proven experience as a Business/System Analyst for 5+ years. - Strong business analysis and requirements engineering skills. - Experience facilitating discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and business process mapping sessions. - Proven experience working on healthcare digital transformation, HIS/EMR/EHR, ERP, or hospital modernization programs. - Ability to document and analyze current-state and future-state processes. - Experience producing: Business Capability Maps; Stakeholder Maps; BPMN Process Models; Requirements Management Plans; Scope and Assumptions Registers; Functional and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs); Integration Inventories and System Landscapes. - Ability to challenge assumptions and guide clients toward industry best practices. - Experience validating scope, identifying gaps, dependencies, constraints, and risks. - Strong consulting mindset with the ability to recommend practical modernization approaches. - Ability to influence stakeholders and build confidence in proposed solutions. - Good understanding of healthcare compliance and data privacy requirements. - Ability to facilitate discussions around AI opportunities and operational transformation. - Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above. - Fluent Arabic (spoken and written). Nice to haves: - Familiarity with local healthcare regulations, operating models, and public-sector healthcare initiatives.
